The three brothers run El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, a restaurant boasting three Michelin stars since 2010.

The Roca brothers inherited the family profession, because their parents managed and continue to manage Can Roca in the same district as El Celler, and they have made it Best of the Best of the world's restaurants.

Joan Roca's cuisine has grown thanks to study and travel, and has generated a large number of new techniques, apparatus and recipes for the sector. Josep Roca, meanwhile, is one of the world's most acclaimed sommeliers, and has succeeded in making wine part of the conceptualisation of recipes at El Celler de Can Roca. The youngest of the three brothers, Jordi Roca, has turned the world of sweetness into an extension of their own history and passions. Together they form an unbeatable trident of Spanish gastronomy.

The Roca empire has moved beyond the parent restaurant to a boutique hotel beside their chocolatemaking outlet Casa Cacao (Girona), a centre for research and major events (Mas Marroch), the ice cream chain Rocambolesc and Normal, a new restaurant in the centre of Girona.
