The Spain to be explored
Pedro Ballesteros MW will be talking to "explorers" of territories and areas to find out about the great wines of the future.
Fine wine is the outcome of many explorations: exploration of unknown territories, exploration of areas within the same territory, exploration of microbiota and the biology of soils, and exploration of enology proper. On Monday, Master of Wine Pedro Ballesteros will kick off the programme of talks with a round table, "The Spain to be explored", taking us through some of these unique territories and areas with the help of "explorers" such as Andreas Kubach MW, Pepe Mendoza (Casa Agrícola), Pedro Ruiz Aragoneses (CEO of Alma Carraovejas), Loreto Pancorbo (Wine Consultant at Támdem SC) and Luis Sande (Pagos de Brigante).
