The Aquanaria Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España Sustainability Prize is in its third year.
The prize is intended to assist and foster sustainable projects and initiatives in Spain's hospitality sector, raise awareness of the need to analyse every aspect of sustainability in this sector in relation to the 2030 SDGs in terms of protecting the environment, respect nature and preserve our planet for future generations.
The three candidates shortlisted for the final are:
- Borja Marrero. Muxgo Restaurant (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria).
- Samuel Naveira. Restaurant MU.NA (Ponferrada).
- Javier Marañon. Restaurant La Torre Galizano (Galizano).
