The Vinomios or "Vinomials" strive to give visibility to other types of cuisine, democratise the sector, and showcase the versatility of all kinds of wines.
The first will focus on caviar and will home in on the experience of Eric Kragh Vildgaard, from Denmark's Jordnær restaurant with two Michelin stars, who will be producing combinations of several Dom Pérignon vintages presented by the Champagne maison.
