Konstantin cooks the kind of food he likes, the food that inspires him, using the products that fascinate him most. A personal style of cuisine that brings out his Mediterranean roots.

Of Greek origin, the Mediterranean inheritance of this Austrian chef has a strong presence in his food. Filippou will use his talk at Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España to explain how he materialises this cultural legacy in his culinary creations.
